The Workout Room is filled with guidance, tips, and techniques, all designed to strengthen your communication skills!

Each Gym session (called an "exercise") is designed to focus on one particular idea. Your time is valuable, so each exercise is specifically designed to be explored in only 3 - 5 minutes (although you can spend as much time on any particular exercise as you need to).

For your convenience, the exercises are arranged in an order where similar exercises are groups together; however, you do not need to do the exercises in that sequence. Feel free to jump to any particular exercise that looks helpful or interesting. You can spend as much (or as little) time on each exercise as you need, and you can return to any exercise whenever you want, as many times as you want.
